The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of institution. The IQAC will become a part of the institution&#8217;s system and work towards realization of the goals of quality enhancement and sustenance. It will channelize all efforts and measures of the institution towards promoting its holistic academic excellence.<\/p>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tObjectives<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p>To develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tFunctions<\/p>\n<p>As a post accreditation quality sustenance measure the college has established the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) as per the NAAC guidelines with the following functions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p align=\"justify\">develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Fosters the creation of learner centric environment for quality education through integration of modern teaching learning methods for better attainment of program outcomes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Arrangement for feedback response from students, parents and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Development and review of frame work for curriculum enrichment.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Dissemination of information on various quality parameters of higher education.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Documentation of the various programmes\/activities leading to quality improvement.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Acting as a nodal agency of the Institution for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of best practices.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Development and maintenance of institutional database through MIS for the purpose of maintaining \/enhancing the institutional quality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p>Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) as per guidelines and parameters of NAAC, to be submitted to NAAC.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tIQAC Members<br \/>\n\t\t\t\t\tThe composition of members of IQAC is as per the broad guidelines given by the NAAC.
