DIET Admissions go through the following phases
UG Courses
A-Category Admissions through EAMCET Stream (Regular)
B-Category Admissions. (Management)
Regular: The College is affiliated to JNTUK, Kakinada. The student admissions are governed by the rules and regulations of APSCHE. The student admissions are based on the rank obtained in EAMCET for B.Tech.
Lateral Entry: 10% of students (additional intake) are allotted for students who complete three years diploma to join in the 2nd year B.Tech program. The admissions are governed by the rules and regulations of APSCHE and ECET.
Management: 30% of the sanctioned intake is being filled through ‘B’ category admissions with the eligibility criteria laid down by the Govt.
B-Category Admissions. (Management)
